Publix has the box of Huggies diapers for $19.99-use your Huggies manufacturer coupons (I happen to have 2 coupons for $3 off each pkg). Scenario: If you buy two boxes of Huggies diapers for $19.99 each, that's $39.98, then you hand them your coupons totalling $16, you will pay $23 for two boxes of diapers!!
